Welcome to Sherpa's! Sherpa's Restaurant opened its doors in September 2002 with a unique approach to the restaurant business. From our love for good Himalayan cuisine, our personal affinity for Himalayan culture, and our passion for the mountains, Sherpa's was born. And with the talents of our great chefs, Sherpa's was voted the best Nepalese/ Indian restaurant from 2002-2022.

Sherpa's Restaurant is Boulder's source of fresh, authentic, high-quality Nepalese, Indian, and Tibetan food. Sherpa's makes every meal to order so the food tastes fresh. Sherpa's features an authentic, charcoal-fired, Tandoor clay oven. Sherpa's staff is full of Sherpas (people from the Mt. Everest region) including our chef: Jangbu Sherpa, who has summited Everest ten times without supplemental oxygen.
